Abstract
This study investigated the effects of religiosity and socioeconomic status onaltruism among undergraduates in Southeast Nigeria. The Social Exchange Theory (Homans,1958) and Durkheim’s Unified Theoretical Model of Religion (1964) formed the frameworkof the study.
